Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement. Wheel and rim shops repair bent or curb-scraped wheels, refinish them and sell aftermarket sets. Seasonal demand peaks before winter in the northern states and before summer road trips everywhere.

Richardson is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Richardson follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Very kind and prompt! I was about to leave on a trip when my check tire light came on so I pulled in not expecting to be able to be seen. They immediately got me in and it ended up that my tires just needed some air. They were incredibly kind and didn’t charge me. I plan to use them for more services in future!

I showed up at 10 minutes till closing on a Saturday evening - back tire down to 4 lbs of pressure. What did they do? TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM. As I was walking out, they were locking up. You can't ask more of a service organization - they deserve our business.

I had a frustrating experience with Christensen. I brought my car in for routine service (oil change, rotation, alignment), and since then I’ve been dealing with an issue that didn’t exist before. One of my rear tire valve stems is now positioned in a way that makes it very difficult to fill air. I’ve been using the same Costco air pump for years without any problem, but after this service, that one tire no longer works with it. In fact, when I tried to fill air, it actually let air out instead of filling it because the connection wouldn’t seal properly. When I went back, the issue wasn’t really addressed. I was told nothing could be done and was advised to replace the TPMS sensor, even though the sensor is clearly working fine and showing correct pressure. That explanation didn’t make sense and didn’t solve the problem. On top of that, a state inspection was added without my approval, and the alignment was done without checking with me first as originally discussed. Overall, the experience lacked clear communication, ownership, and proper problem solving. What should have been a simple service visit turned into an ongoing inconvenience that I now have to fix elsewhere. Update

I’ve been to plenty of auto repair shops in DFW over the past 15 years and this is by far one of, if not the best and most honest place you can take your vehicle. They did a great job on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler AND Today they got me in n out (like burgers) for my 2020 F150. Both were big jobs ($1500+) but it was peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. Thank you Christensen Auto ❤️

Bought and installed 4 Kenda tyres, 10 months old only. One of the Tyre gone burst at 68 mph put my life at risk and ended ip damaged the rims also. I will make a formal complaint about the quality of tyres that they are selling and installing at premium price. The Tyre split tells me it could be an retreaded Tyre not a brand new tyres. Attached some pics.
